We all know that most manufactures of R/C  helicoptors recommend a simulator. There are many simulators on the market. They range from free to over $500. So which one is right for you? Reflex and RealFlight are some of the best on the market, hands down. But if you are new to the hobby and unsure if you are cut out for flying, a few hundred bucks may seem a bit pricey. Esky includes a basic simulator with some of its models, and is a pretty inexpensive way to get a basic rtf heli and sim in one package. There are some helis that most anyone can fly with little to no experience. Blade MCX is a great place to start.

Clear Veiw is an online download sim that was recommended by Frank (a friend of mine) , and hands down, it's the best investment a new pilot can make. Clear Veiw gives you the option to fly many of your favorite helicopters in different environments and conditions, and at under $40, it's a steal...

Clear Veiw Flight Simulator is a must for anyone learning to fly..

Hey guys at backwoods r/c,thanks for adding all my pictures and videos, like most beginner r/c enthusiasts,I managed to fall into the helicopter flying rage that's sweeping the country.I started out buying a 2 channel styrofoam heli by airhogs and about a year later I'm flying the trex 600 ,not very well but the clearview sim is definetely helping out along the way.so if you like flying and think you might be interested in r/c helicopters be prepared for the thrill ride of your life,it will take hold of your mind and thumbs and wont let go .Flying r/c helicopters may be one of the hardest r/c vehicles you'll ever experience but the outcome is very rewarding and a nice way to relax after a hard days work.
