Out of the 2 the nt18t would be my choice.. But out of everything  out there it would hardly be my first choice.. First thing i gotta ask is this crawl space well vented?? Nitro fuel vapors can be very harmfull.. Second go electric.. But all that aside if you must go nitro small scale i would look for a good used crt .5 by ofna... Very durable, lots of aftermarket parts new and used, and you can pic up a pretty nice one for a great price...   i will keep an eye out for somthing..

Yea it looks like if the ventilation is only desent you are really going to have to go elec.. +1 matt the lil rev would be the best choice for price, power, and aftermarket parts. I think elec. is a great the way to go.. anyone who has ever came to the shop knows its always full of nitro's that need repair.. so for headache free fun and all the power you can handle.. go ele..  i have some mini's here in the shop for sale or im sure we can find what ya want.. good luck  just hit me or matt up when you are ready for a rig..  thanks
