Ok guys, we all have a few screws strip, break off and work loose. The main reason for stripped screws is the tools that are used and the condition of used screws. You can save yourself a lot of frustration by picking up a good set of hex drivers and a new screw kit. This is a small investment that will make your hobby lots more enjoyable. We all have had a broken or stripped screw, but the best way I found to remove a screw with a stripped head is to use a dremel and cut of wheel to make a small x in the screw. Then simply use a screwdriver to remove. Some screws break completely off and will need to be drilled out. Be sure to use a smaller drill bit and an ease out tool for this. A good tip for a screw that will not tighten up is to use a larger screw in a plastic arm and tap out to a larger scew in alum. Always use some type of thread locker on your screws but be careful, some of that stuff is a lil too strong.
